The Utmost Pool Control System App operates as a remote control interface connecting directly to the private Wi-Fi network broadcasted by your Utmost Pool Control System hardware. It does not use the public Internet to control your pool.

  • Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) through the mobile application.
  • Usage Data: The app does not send usage data or analytics to external servers. All communication happens securely and locally between the mobile application and your Utmost Pool Control System.

2. Wi-Fi and Network Access

The App requires access to Wi-Fi to connect directly to the Utmost Pool Control hardware's local access point. The data transmitted over this direct connection relates strictly to the operational status of your pool (e.g., temperatures, pump speeds, lighting status, etc.) and is not transmitted over the Internet, to us, or to any third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services within the Utmost Pool Control System mobile application. Your app usage and pool control data remain private.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, because the application does not collect any personal data at all and does not connect to the external Internet.
